Increasingly it is hard to find information on busy facebook pages and with the forums opening & closing between rounds. I know we all connect often via the 12WBT forums and facebook however I figured it would be handy to have a spot to put somethings more permanently. If you have any suggestions for additions to this page please drop me a line!
Who are the 12WBT Queensland Crew?
A group of amazing people from all over Queensland who are current or past members of Michelle Bridges’ 12 Week Body Transformation challenge. We have met in various ways: slogging it out at training sessions, a local meet ups for coffee, at the 12WBT official finale events with Mish & her team and online via the 12WBT Forums, facebook and twitter. Apart from 12WBT, what we all have in common is that we are committed to reaching our goals, supporting one another and UNLEASHING OUR INNER AWESOME! (The group slogan we voted on in October 2011).
12WBT Queensland Facebook Groups
We have the original 12WBT Queensland Crew facebook group still in operation which started out small and has exploded! We now also have many smaller groups for each local area (how awesome is that – we have grown that much!). All of these pages are used for chatting, organising get together’s in your local area and supporting one another reach our goals. Send a request to join any groups that interest you. Please let me know if there are more groups to add.
