A couple of days ago I posted about a rough day, a moment when I wanted to chuck in the towel and say stuff it! I shared my frustrations and the self talk I engaged in to turn the situation around and tell myself to stand up & get on with it!
Fast forward to the next day and I find this response from Emazon on facebook:
I checked my email and facebook wall and sure enough there was an awesome gift from Emma – this sign with the note “If ever there was a next time“
Instantly I burst out with a mix of laughter and tears! That poster is GOLD! It made my day! It will be printed and hung above my desk!
So much of getting to the point of being able to give myself that “Stand the F*#K Up” talking to no matter what the drama I can attribute to the mindset lessons I have learnt through physical fitness and from lessons from Emazon. Totally KICK ASS woman! All about EMPOWERMENT & SELF AUTHORITY.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I am up!! I will stay up and whatsmore… I will help others to stand up and stay up!

This is super cool!!!! Ange you to me are one of those kick ass women. You are so so inspiring to me and willing to pay it forward. I just cant get around how much courage and strength it would of taken you to start your journey. I got really emotional reading this, it has been one of them days for me. Just feeling lost & emotional in my life’s journey at the moment. I am so effing excited for the Emazon workshops next week, I’m sure she’ll be able to help me find my way. Ps – I so need one of those posters lol
