This photo was taken at a recent Pain in Paradise New Farm all-TABATA workout that I am proud to say I programmed & delivered with help of my PT mentor, Mase Luxford.

YEP! Leanne *really* was saying “NO MORE SQUATS” after 8 rounds! *evil laugh*

Please vote for Leanne – she is an inspirational 12WBT member and all round awesome women! She deserves as she has worked incredibly hard to shed well over 30kg and turned her life around into something amazing. Such an inspiration!!
