No one knows my full story… no one has my unique set of challenges, skills, experiences, goals and so on and so on.
No one is in a position to judge me.
I do not judge others for this reason – I do not know the ins and outs of their complete journey, I do not know their full story.
I do not compare myself to others as their combination of skills, challenges, experiences goals etc etc etc are unique to them and them alone.
We can share… we can empathise…. we can listen….we can support and encourage… but we CANNOT *know* what their journey is all about just as they cannot 100% know what our journey is about.
No one is in a position to judge… that just distracts you from your own issues and goals to be nailed.
Comparisons steal your joy. I’ll say that til I am blue in the face!!
If you can get on top of the temptation to compare… and avoid that spiral of judgements, comparisons, self-berating, negative self-talk and even jealousy then things will get a lot easier.
